We all have to support our community and put back into the industry that has taken such good care of us over the years. The best way to do this is to teach others to be good industry technicians and customer service professionals. That is why Mark Baldwin and Don Crawshaw of Baldwin Systems, Inc. were the Advanced Refrigeration and Specialized Commercial Systems Instructors at IntelliTec College in Colorado Springs for several years.

Students learn "the real deal" by doing actual installations on new equipment. Preparing them to enter the industry with complete knowledge of the systems that heat, cool and provide indoor air quality for customers everywhere!
